WARRANTY INFORMATION
1. Warranty Terms
This warranty is provided against manufacturing defects provided that the product:
a. Has been installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with installation instructions
b. Has been used in accordance with specifications provided
c. Has been maintained in accordance with specifications provided
2. Warranty Exclusions
a. Failure or damage due to unauthorised modifications
b. Failure due to physical damage
c. Failure or damage due to faulty mountings
3. Warranty Claims
a. Contact LED Imagine Pty Ltd immediately with details of fault/defect and proof of purchase
b. If under warranty, return the product in its packaging to LED Imagine Pty Ltd
c. If fault is covered under warranty, all reasonable costs of freight and removal of product/reinstallation will be reimbursed
d. The faulty product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of LED Imagine Pty Ltd
Repair or replacement of a faulty product does not re-instate the original warranty period. LED Imagine Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any special and/or consequential loss or damage of any nature whatsoever with respect to any product sold by it.
